विभागीय मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को दिये शीघ्र तैनाती के निर्देश
कहा, विद्यालयों में नहीं होगी शिक्षकों की कमी, पठन-पाठन पर रहेगा जोर
देहरादून। विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग में शीघ्र ही प्रवक्ता संवर्ग में 599 और अतिथि शिक्षकों की तैनाती की जायेगी। जिन्हें कला वर्ग के अंतर्गत विभिन्न विषयों में रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष नियुक्त किया जायेगा। इन सभी अतिथि शिक्षकों की तैनाती प्रदेश के पर्वतीय व दूरस्थ क्षेत्र के विद्यालयों में की जायेगी ताकि स्कूलों में शैक्षणिक गतिविधियां सुचारू रूप से संचालित हो सके।
सूबे के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार नई शिक्षा नीति-2020 के अनुरूप प्रदेश में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने में जुटी है। जिसके क्रम में सरकार ने प्रदेशभर के राजकीय इंटर कॉलेजों में विज्ञान विषयों की भांति अब कला वर्ग के विषयों में 599 अतिथि शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति करने का निर्णय लिया है। इस संबंध में शासन स्तर से शासनदेश जारी कर दिया गया है। डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि इन सभी अतिथि प्रवक्ताओं को जनपदवार दुर्गम व अति दुर्गम क्षेत्रों के विद्यालयों में हिन्दी, भूगोल, अर्थशास्त्र, नागरिक शास्त्र तथा इतिहास विषय में रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष शीघ्र तैनाती दी जायेगी। जिसके लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को तत्काल कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं। विभागीय मंत्री ने बताया कि प्रवक्ता संवर्ग के तहत सामान्य शाखा में 511 जबकि महिला शाखा के अंतर्गत 88 अतिथि शिक्षकों की तैनाती की जायेगी।
उन्होंने बताया कि सामान्य वर्ग के तहत हिन्दी विषय में 125, इतिहास 59, नागरिक शास्त्र 130, अर्थशास्त्र 130 तथा भूगोल में 67 पद रिक्त हैं। इसी प्रकार महिला शाखा में हिन्दी विषय में 25, भूगोल 8, अर्थशास्त्र 20, नागरिक शास्त्र 20 तथा इतिहास विषय में 15 पद रिक्त हैं। जिन पर अतिथि शिक्षकों को जनपदवार तैनाती की जायेगी। डा. रावत ने बताया कि सामान्य शाखा के तहत चमोली जनपद में 69, रूद्रप्रयाग 46, पौड़ी 119, टिहरी 54, देहरादून 2, हरिद्वार 1, उत्तरकाशी 17, अल्मोड़ा 58, नैनीताल 21, बागेश्वर 23, पिथौरागढ़ 64, चम्पावत 29 तथा ऊधमसिंह नगर में 8 अतिथि शिक्षकों की नियुक्त किया जायेगा। जबकि महिला शाखा के तहत चमोली जनपद में 13, रूद्रप्रयाग, उत्तरकाशी में 1-1, पौड़ी 13, टिहरी, देहरादून व नैनीताल में 2-2, अल्मोड़ा 19, बागेश्वर 6, पिथौरागढ़ 10, चम्पावत 5 तथा ऊधमसिंह नगर में 14 अतिथि शिक्षकों को तैनाती दी जायेगी।
विभागीय मंत्री ने बतया कि विज्ञान वर्ग की भांति कला वर्ग के विषयों में रिक्त पदों पर अतिथि शिक्षकों की तैनाती होने से दुर्गम व अति दुर्गम के विद्यालयों में जहां पठन-पाठन सुचारू होगा वहीं विभिन्न शैक्षणिक गतिविधियां संचालित होने से स्थानीय स्तर पर छात्र-छात्राओं को बेहतर शिक्षा मिल सकेगी।
