देहरादून। स्वास्थ्य विभाग को 352 एएनएम मिले हैं। जिनमें से 173 एएनएम को प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने नियुक्ति पत्र वितरित किये। मुख्यमंत्री आवास स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग द्वारा आयोजित नियुक्ति पत्र वितरण कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आज 173 एएनएम को नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपे। इन सभी चयनित एएनएम को प्रदेशभर के विभिन्न चिकित्सा इकाईयों में तैनाती दे दी गई है। इस अवसर पर प्रदेश के चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. रावत ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रदेश के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की पहुंच सुलभ करने के प्रति प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अंतर्गत एएनएन के 352 पदों पर नियुक्ति की गई है।
जिसमें से आज विभिन्न जनपदों के 173 अभ्यर्भियों को नियुक्ति पत्र वितरित किये गये। जिनमें पौड़ी जनपद के 57, चम्पावत 3, हरिद्वार 8, ऊधमसिंह नगर 12, देहरादून 51, नैनीताल 10, टिहरी गढ़वाल 26 तथा रूद्रप्रयाग जनपद के 6 एएनएम शामिल है। अवशेष एएनएम को जनपद स्तर पर नियुक्ति पत्र वितरित किये जायेंगे। डॉ. रावत ने कहा कि प्रदेश के विभिन्न चिकित्सा इकाईयों में एएनएम की नियुक्ति से आम जनमानस को दूरस्थ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों तक प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं सुलभ हो सकेंगी।
इसके अलावा गर्भवती महिलाओं एवं नवजात शिशुओं के स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सहित टीकाकरण अभियान को और धार मिलेगी। जिससे प्रदेश के स्वास्थ्य देखभाल में बहुआयामी सुधार होगा जिसका फायदा आम लोगों को मिलेगा। एएनएम के माध्यम से जहां स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को और सुदृढ़ की जायेगा वहीं मातृ एवं शिशु मृत्यु दर में अपेक्षित कमी लाने के प्रयास किये जायेंगे। डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि विगत वर्ष प्रदेश में 92 फीसदी संस्थागत प्रसव पंजीकृत किये गये, जिसे शतप्रतिशत करना प्रदेश सरकार का लक्ष्य है।
उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान में राज्य में मातृ मृत्यु दर 103 प्रति लाख लाइफ बर्थ है जिसे 90 के आंकड़े से नीचे लाने में एएनएम संवर्ग की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होगी। इसी प्रकार प्रदेश में शिशु मृत्यु दर 24 प्रति हजार लाइफ बर्थ है जिसे इकाई के अंक में लाना सरकार का मकसद है। इस अवसर पर डॉ. रावत ने सभी चयनित महिला स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं को बधाई दी साथ ही उम्मीद जताई कि सभी एएनएम पूरी निष्ठा और ईमानदारी के साथ अपने दायित्वों और कर्तव्यों का पालन कर प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण में सहयोग करेंगे। इसके अलावा कार्यक्रम में वन विकास निगम में स्केलर के पदों पर चयनित 178 अभ्यर्थियों को भी नियुक्ति पत्र वितरित किये गये।
इस अवसर पर वन मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल, प्रमुख सचिव आर. के. सुधांशु, स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार, प्रभारी स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक डॉ. सुनीता टम्टा सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी एंव नवनियुक्त एएनएम उपस्थित रहे।
