चार बेटियों की मां को बीमित ऋण के बावजूद बैंक कर रहा था प्रताड़ित
देहरादून। जिला प्रशासन देहरादून आमजन के अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए लगातार कठोर और त्वरित फैसले ले रहा है। इसी क्रम में एक ताजा मामला प्रकाश में आया है, जिसमें एक विधवा महिला को बीमित ऋण के बावजूद बैंक द्वारा परेशान किया जा रहा था। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल के संज्ञान में आए इस प्रकरण में प्रशासन ने कड़ा रुख अपनाते हुए संबंधित बैंक प्रबंधक के विरुद्ध 6.50 लाख रुपये की वसूली प्रमाण पत्र (RC) जारी कर दी है। तय समयसीमा में धनराशि जमा न करने की स्थिति में बैंक शाखा को सील कर वसूली की जाएगी।
मामला प्रिया नामक विधवा महिला से जुड़ा है, जिनके पति स्व. विकास कुमार ने सीएसएल फाइनेंस लिमिटेड से गृह ऋण लिया था। ऋण के साथ टाटा एआईए इंश्योरेंस कंपनी से बीमा भी कराया गया था। सभी मेडिकल जांच और औपचारिकताएं पूरी कर बीमा स्वीकृत किया गया था। लेकिन 12 जुलाई 2024 को विकास कुमार की मृत्यु हो जाने के बावजूद बैंक और बीमा कंपनी ने न तो बीमा क्लेम पास किया और न ही ऋण माफ किया। इसके उलट, बैंक ने विधवा महिला को लगातार मानसिक प्रताड़ना दी।
प्रिया की ओर से जिलाधिकारी को की गई शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेते हुए डीएम सविन बंसल ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए बैंक प्रबंधक की 6.50 लाख रुपये की आरसी जारी की। साथ ही चेतावनी दी गई है कि यदि राशि निर्धारित समय में जमा नहीं की गई, तो बैंक की कुर्की एवं सीलिंग की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
इससे पूर्व भी प्रशासन ने शिवानी गुप्ता नामक एक पीड़िता के मामले में बैंक की मनमानी पर सख्त कार्रवाई करते हुए 15.50 लाख की आरसी जारी कर बैंक को सील किया था, जिसके बाद बैंक अधिकारी स्वयं पीड़िता के घर संपत्ति के कागजात लौटाने पहुंचे थे।
अब प्रिया के मामले में भी प्रशासनिक तेवर से बैंकिंग संस्थानों में हड़कंप मच गया है। चार बेटियों की मां प्रिया पिछले एक वर्ष से न्याय के लिए दर-दर भटक रही थीं, लेकिन अब उन्हें जिला प्रशासन का सहारा मिला है।
जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने कहा कि, “मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की जनहितकारी नीतियों से प्रेरित होकर जिला प्रशासन जनमानस को अनावश्यक रूप से प्रताड़ित करने वालों पर कठोर कार्रवाई करने के लिए संकल्पित है। अब कमजोर व असहाय लोगों की आवाज को दबाया नहीं जा सकेगा।”
