हरिद्वार। प्रदेश के कैबिनेट मंत्री और जनपद के प्रभारी मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने ब्रह्मलीन जगद्गुरू, महामंडलेश्वर स्वामी प्रकाशानंद महाराज की षोडस पुण्यतिथि पर आयोजित भागवत सप्ताह में शिरकत करने के पश्चात बीएचईएल (रानीपुर) में आयोजित संत शिरोमणि गुरु रविदास के जन्मोत्सव समारोह में पहुंचकर गुरु रविदास मंदिर में विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना भी की। जनपद के प्रभारी मंत्री और प्रदेश के कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने शनिवार को कनखल स्थित जगतगुरु आश्रम पहुंचकर जगद्गुरू स्वामी प्रकाशानन्द महाराज की षोडस पुण्यतिथि पर आयोजित भागवत सप्ताह एवं भण्डारे भी प्रतिभाग किया।
इस अवसर पर पर महाराज ने कहा कि स्वामी प्रकाशानंद प्रखर राष्ट्रवादी संत थे। उनके राम जन्मभूमि में राम मंदिर निर्माण के लिए संघर्ष को हमेशा याद किया जाएगा। वह महान व्यक्तित्व के महापुरुष थे और संस्कृत और संस्कृति के महान संवाहक भी थे। इसके पश्चात कैबिनेट मंत्री एवं जनपद के प्रभारी मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने बीएचईएल (रानीपुर) में आयोजित संत शिरोमणि गुरु रविदास के जन्मोत्सव समारोह में पहुंचे और मंदिर में विधिवत पूजा अर्चना भी की।
इस अवसर पर उन्होंने संत शिरोमणि गुरु रविदास को नमन करते हुए कहा कि गुरु रविदास जी का समानता और समरसता पर आधारित संदेश समाज की हर पीढ़ी को प्रेरित करता रहेगा। गुरु रविदास उन महान संतों में से एक हैं जिन्होंने समाज में फैली बुराईयों और कुरीतियों को दूर करने के लिए हमेशा जातिवाद को त्यागकर प्रेम से रहने की शिक्षा दी। रविदास जी के अनमोल विचार आज भी लोगों को प्रेरित कर रहे हैं।
