नई दिल्ली। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल शराब घोटाला मामले में पूछताछ के लिए तैयार हो गए हैं। उन्होंने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय से 12 मार्च के बाद नई तारीख मांगी है। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा है कि वह वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए पेश होंगे। आज आठवें समन पर भी केजरीवाल पेश नहीं होंगे। दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने प्रवर्तन निदेशायल को जवाब भेजा है। उन्होंने कहा है कि यह समन गैरकानूनी है। लेकिन मैं आपके सवालों के जवाब देने के लिए तैयार हूं। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने ईडी से 12 मार्च के बाद नई तारीख मांगी है। आम आदमी पार्टी ने कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए ईडी की जांच में शामिल होंगे। बीती 27 फरवरी को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने शराब घोटाला मामले में मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को आठवां समन भेजा था।
इससे पहले ईडी ने उन्हें सात बार समन जारी हो चुके हैं। लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री अभी तक ईडी के सामने पेश नहीं हुए हैं। अब आठवें समन पर भी पेश नहीं होंगे। केजरीवाल ने कहा था कि अगर अदालत इस संबंध में आदेश देगी तो वह प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के समक्ष पेश होंगे। समन पर केजरीवाल के पेश नहीं होने को लेकर प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने शहर की एक अदालत का रुख किया, जिस पर अदालत ने दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री को 16 मार्च को उसके समक्ष पेश होने का निर्देश दिया है।
