देहरादून। अयोध्या में राम मंदिर के पास अब 5200 वर्ग मीटर भूखंड पर उत्तराखंड आवास बनेगा। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ से भूखंड का क्षेत्रफल बढ़ाने का अनुरोध किया था। उत्तरप्रदेश आवास एवं विकास परिषद ने सचिव मुख्यमंत्री को क्षेत्रफल बढ़ाए जाने की स्वीकृति के संबंध पत्र भेजा है।
पहले उत्तरप्रदेश सरकार ने 4700 वर्ग मीटर भूखंड की अनुमति दी थी। लेकिन उत्तराखंड आवास के लिए राज्य सरकार और भूमि चाहती थी ताकि भविष्य की जरूरतों के हिसाब से भव्य भवन का निर्माण किया जा सके। इसको देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ से अनुरोध किया था। सीएम के अनुरोध पर योगी सरकार ने अधिक क्षेत्रफल का भूखंड देने की अनुमति दे दी।
उत्तरप्रदेश आवास एवं विकास परिषद के पत्र के मुपताबिक, 5253.30 वर्ग मीटर भूखंड आवंटित कर दिया गया है। इसकी 33.24 लाख से अधिक लागत आने का अनुमान है। आधिकारिक सूत्रों के मुताबिक, राज्य सरकार जल्द भूखंड का पूरा भुगतान करके इस पर अपना कब्जा ले ली गई। इसके बाद उत्तराखंड आवास भवन बनाने के लिए डीपीआर तैयार होगी।
