देहरादून। हिमाचल में राज्यसभा चुनाव में वोटों की खरीद करके क्रास वोटिंग कराने के मामले में उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मुख्य सचिव राकेश शर्मा के खिलाफ बालूगंज थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज करायी गई है। बता दें कि पूर्व मुख्य सचिव राकेश शर्मा के पुत्र चैतन्य शर्मा हिमाचल की गरगेट सीट से कांग्रेस के विधायक हैं। उन्होंने राज्यसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी के खिलाफ वोटिंग की थी। इस मामले में कांग्रेस विधायक संजय अवस्थी और विधायक भुवनेश्वर गौड़ की शिकायत पर शिमला के पुलिस थाना बालूगंज में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। शिकायत में कहा गया है कि विधायक चैतन्य शर्मा के पिता राकेश शर्मा उत्तराखंड में मुख्य सचिव के पद पर रहे हैं और उन्होंने सरकार गिराने के लिए साजिश रची है।
भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 171 सी और ई के साथ 120 बी के साथ ही पीसी एक्ट की धारा 7 और आठ के तहत दर्ज इस एफआईआर में राकेश शर्मा के साथ ही एक निर्दलीय विधायक आशीष शर्मा को भी आरोपी बनाया गया है। वहीं हिमाचल में कांग्रेस के बागी विधायकों के साथ ही भाजपा के कुछ विधायकों को उत्तराखंड के ऋषिकेश में भेजा गया है। ये सभी कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच यही ठहरे हुए हैं।
