देहरादून। प्रदेश में बिजली के दामों में 8 से 11 प्रतिशत तक बढ़ोतरी की संभावना है। यूपीसीएल ने 23 से 27 प्रतिशत बढ़ोतरी मांग की थी, जिसके सापेक्ष नियामक आयोग उपभोक्ताओं की जरूरत के हिसाब से अपना फैसला लेगा। इस साल यूपीसीएल ने बिजली खरीद पर सालाना 1281 करोड़ का हवाला देते हुए मांग की थी कि बिजली की दरों में 23-27 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी की जाए। उत्तराखंड विद्युत नियामक आयोग ने इस याचिका पर प्रदेशभर में जनसुनवाई, सभी हितधारकों से बातचीत के बाद बिजली की नई दरों को अंतिम रूप देने की शुरुआत कर दी है। इस सप्ताह के अंत या सोमवार तक बिजली दरें घोषित की जा सकती हैं।
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, सभी पहलुओं पर विचार-विमर्श के बाद आयोग आठ से 11 प्रतिशत तक बिजली दरों में बढ़ोतरी कर सकता है। इसके अलावा फिक्स चार्ज पर भी आयोग फैसला ले सकता है। हालांकि आयोग इस सप्ताहे के आखिर तक बिजली दरें घोषित करने की संभावना है। इसके बाद ही स्थिति साफ हो पाएगी। पिछले साल आयोग ने बिजली दरों में 9.64 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी की थी।
