आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम लोगों से आयुष्मान कार्ड छोड़ने का आग्रह करेगी सरकार- स्वास्थ्य मंत्री
वित्त विभाग ने बढ़ते बजट पर जताई चिंता
देहरादून। प्रदेश में आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम लोगों से प्रदेश सरकार आयुष्मान योजना छोड़ने का आग्रह करेगी। वर्तमान में राज्य आयुष्मान योजना के तहत अमीर से लेकर गरीब तक सबको पांच लाख तक मुफ्त इलाज की सुविधा है। योजना में अब तक 12.32 लाख लोगों के इलाज पर 2289 करोड़ रुपये खर्च हो चुके हैं। आयुष्मान योजना का सालाना बजट 1200 करोड़ तक पहुंचने वाला है। वित्त विभाग ने बढ़ते बजट पर चिंता जताई है। 2018 में केंद्र सरकार ने गरीब परिवारों के लिए अटल आयुष्मान योजना शुरू की थी। इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए उत्तराखंड के 5.37 लाख परिवार ही पात्र थे। लेकिन प्रदेश सरकार ने 23 लाख परिवारों के लिए पांच लाख निशुल्क इलाज की सुविधा शुरू की।
शुरुआत में योजना का बजट 100 से 200 करोड़ सालाना था। जो बढ़ कर 600 करोड़ तक पहुंच गया है। अगले वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 तक योजना का बजट 1200 करोड़ तक पहुंचने की संभावना है। इस पर वित्त विभाग ने प्रदेश के सीमित संसाधनों का हवाला दिया है। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री धन सिंह रावत का कहना है कि प्रदेश सरकार आयुष्मान कार्ड पर प्रदेश के सभी लोगाें को पांच लाख मुफ्त इलाज की सुविधा दे रही है। लेकिन जो लोग आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम हैं और इलाज कराने में समर्थ हैं, उन लोगों से आयुष्मान कार्ड छोड़ने का आग्रह करेगी।
प्रदेश में 23.89 लाख राशन कार्ड धारक परिवार हैं। इन परिवारों के 97.11 लाख लाभार्थियों के आयुष्मान कार्ड बन चुके हैं। अब तक 58 लाख लाभार्थियों के कार्ड बन चुके हैं। इनमें 4.73 लाख कर्मचारियों व पेंशनरों के गोल्डन कार्ड भी शामिल हैं।
