हाई कोर्ट के आदेशों की उड़ाई जा रही धज्जियां . भाजपा पर सांप्रदायिक ध्रुवीकरण का आरोप
देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में भाजपा सरकार अपनी नाकामियों और विफलताओं को छुपाने के लिए सांप्रदायिक ध्रुवीकरण की राजनीति कर रही है। इतना ही नहीं, प्रदेश सरकार और उसके नेताओं पर नैनीताल उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों की अवहेलना करने का गंभीर आरोप भी लगा है। पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए सूर्यकान्त धस्माना ने कहा, “उत्तरकाशी की शांत वादियों को जानबूझकर सांप्रदायिक तनाव में झोंका जा रहा है। पहले पुरोला में फर्जी मामला बनाकर माहौल खराब किया गया और अब दशकों पुरानी मस्जिद का मुद्दा उठाकर प्रदेश के सौहार्द को नष्ट करने की साजिश रची जा रही है।”
उन्होंने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि उत्तरकाशी की महापंचायत में भाजपा के विधायकों ने भाषण देकर आग में घी डालने का काम किया। यह कदम उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों और सरकार के ही हलफनामे का उल्लंघन है, जिसमें महापंचायत की अनुमति न देने की बात कही गई थी।
भाजपा नेताओं का संरक्षण
धस्माना ने कहा कि इन सांप्रदायिक घटनाओं में शामिल तत्वों को भाजपा सरकार और उसके नेताओं का संरक्षण प्राप्त है। “सरकार ने ऐसे लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने के बजाय उन्हें महापंचायत आयोजित करने की खुली छूट दी, जिससे उनकी मंशा साफ हो जाती है। यह प्रदेश के सामाजिक ताने-बाने को नुकसान पहुंचाने की सोची-समझी साजिश है।”
जनता से अपील और सरकार को चेतावनी
धस्माना ने प्रदेशवासियों से अपील की कि वे ऐसी साजिशों से सावधान रहें और शांति बनाए रखें। साथ ही उन्होंने सरकार को चेतावनी दी, “अगर प्रदेश का माहौल बिगाड़ने वाले तत्वों पर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, तो कांग्रेस सड़कों पर उतरकर जनता के हितों के लिए संघर्ष करेगी।”
हाई कोर्ट की अवहेलना पर कौन देगा जवाब?
धस्माना ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार और उसके नेताओं को यह स्पष्ट करना चाहिए कि उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों के बावजूद महापंचायत आयोजित होने का जिम्मेदार कौन है। “यह सरकार की मंशा पर बड़ा सवाल खड़ा करता है। जनता को इसका जवाब चाहिए।”
