सियालदाह जा रही कंचनजंगा एक्सप्रेस को पीछे से मालगाड़ी ने मारी टक्कर

कोलकाता। बिहार-बंगाल की सीमा के पास एक भीषण ट्रेन हादसा हुआ। रांगापानी रेलवे स्टेशन पर सियालदाह जा रही कंचनजंगा एक्सप्रेस को पीछे से मालगाड़ी ने टक्कर मार दी। इस टक्कर के बाद कंचनजंगा एक्सप्रेस के कई डिब्बे पटरी से उतर गए। तीन बोगियां बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई। हादसे में पांच लोगों की मौत हो गई और 25 घायल हुए हैं। यह दुर्घटना न्यू जलपाईगुड़ी के पास हुआ। रेलवे की टीम जांच में जुट गई है। हादसे के बाद से ही रेल परिचालन ठप हो गया। केंद्रीय रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव और पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने इस हादसे को लेकर प्रतिक्रिया दी। उन्होंने इस घटना पर दुख जताया।
बचाव के लिए डीएम, एसपी, डॉक्टर, एंबुलेंस और आपदा टीमों को घटनास्थल पर भेजा गया है। कार्रवाई शुरू हो गई है।” दार्जिलिंग पुलिस के अतिरिक्त एसपी अभिषेक रॉय ने कहा, “हादसे में पांच लोगों की मौत हो गई। 20-25 यात्री घायल हैं। स्थिति गंभीर है। यह घटना तब घटी जब कंचनजंगा एक्सप्रेस को पीछे से मालगाड़ी ने टक्कर मार दी।”
