मुख्यमंत्री के दिल्ली से लौटते ही कैबिनेट विस्तार की सुगबुगाहट हुई तेज
देहरादून। पिछले 15 दिनों के दौरान विधायकों, मंत्रियों, सांसदों और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्रियों की छोटी-छोटी मुलाकातें उत्तराखंड में विस्तार की ओर इशारा कर रही है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के दिल्ली से लौटते ही देहरादून में कैबिनेट विस्तार और दर्जाधारियों की खाली कुर्सियों को भरने की सुगबुगाहट शुरू हो गई है। माना जा रहा है कि निकाय चुनाव से पहले मुख्यमंत्री कैबिनेट का कुनबा बढ़ा सकते हैं। अभी उनके मंत्रिमंडल में चार पद खाली हैं। बेशक कैबिनेट मंत्री रहे चंदन राम दास के निधन के बाद से ही कैबिनेट में बदलाव की बातें होती रही हैं। लेकिन इस बार चर्चाएं काफी तेज हैं। इसके लिए कुछ प्रमुख मेल मुलाकातों को आधार माना जा रहा है।
दिल्ली जाने से पहले मुख्यमंत्री ने जिस तरह से पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री मदन कौशिक, अरविंद पांडेय, बंशीधर भगत, बिशन सिंह चुफाल के अलावा कई नए व पुराने विधायकों से सिलसिलेवार मुलाकातें कीं, इनसे भी कैबिनेट विस्तार की अटकलों को बल मिला है।
इन अटकलों के बीच यह बात भी काफी स्पष्ट है कि सीएम ने अपनी ओर कैबिनेट विस्तार की संभावना के अभी तक कोई संकेत नहीं दिए हैं। दिल्ली जाने से पहले मुख्यमंत्री धामी से मीडिया कर्मियों ने कैबिनेट विस्तार की संभावना से जुड़ा प्रश्न पूछा भी था। लेकिन वह इसे मुस्करा कर टाल गए थे।
धामी सरकार को करीब सवा दो महीने का कार्यकाल हो चुका है और जैसे-जैसे समय गुजर रहा है, कैबिनेट विस्तार को लेकर संगठन के स्तर से भी दबाव है। इस बार संगठन के भीतर भी कैबिनेट विस्तार की चर्चाएं गरमा रही हैं। माना यह भी जा रहा है कि सीएम धामी के पास कैबिनेट विस्तार के बहाने अपने मंत्रियों की परफॉरमेंस का आकलन करने का मौका है।
यदि ऐसा होता है तो कैबिनेट में चेहरे बदलने से लेकर मंत्रियों के विभागों में फेरबदल तक की संभावना बन सकती है। मुख्यमंत्री भी अपने विभागों के बोझ को हलका कर सकते हैं। इतना ही नहीं चर्चाएं पार्टी के वरिष्ठ और सक्रिय नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं को सरकार में दायित्व और दर्जा बांटे जाने की भी हैं।
