नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट से आबकारी नीति घोटाले मामले में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को जमानत मिल गई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दो याचिकाओं पर आज यानी शुक्रवार को फैसला सुनाया। पहली याचिका पर कोर्ट ने सीबीआई की गिरफ्तारी को वैध माना। वहीं, दूसरी याचिका पर फैसला सुनाते हुए कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल को जमानत दे दी।
दरअसल, केजरीवाल ने केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) की ओर से दर्ज भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में अपनी गिरफ्तारी और जमानत से दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के इनकार को चुनौती देते हुए दो अलग-अलग याचिकाएं दायर की थीं। न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ ने दोनों याचिकाओं पर फैसला सुनाया। पीठ में न्यायमूर्ति उज्ज्वल भुइंया भी शामिल हैं। पीठ ने पांच सितंबर को केजरीवाल की याचिकाओं पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। सीबीआई ने इस मामले में आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के प्रमुख को 26 जून को गिरफ्तार किया था।
