सहारनपुर के शेरखान गैंग के शातिर अभियुक्तों को पुलिस ने भेजा जेल
देहरादून। दून पुलिस ने एनआरआई महिला की 20 करोड़ की संपत्ति के फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर धोखाधड़ी व खरीद- फरोख्त करने वाले गैंग का पर्दाफाश किया है। पुलिस ने सहारनपुर के शेरखान गैंग के शातिर अभियुक्त मूंछ सहित तीन अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया।
यह गिरोह द्वारा शहर के खाली मकान/जमीन के फर्जी दस्तावेज बनाकर व खरीद- फरोख्त कर कब्जा करते थे।
गौरतलब है कि बीते 21 नवंबर को थाना राजपुर में श्रीमती सुमन देवी, निवासी किशनपुर ने प्रार्थना पत्र दिया कि उनकी सहेली श्रीमती रितु मेहता द्वारा किशनपुर स्थित उनके जमीन व बंगले की देखरेख हेतु उनको रखा गया था। शेरखान आदि लोगों ने उनकी उक्त जमीन व बंगले के फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर उस पर कब्जा करने का प्रयास किया ।
प्राप्त तहरीर पर थाना राजपुर पर मुoअoसo- 256/24 बनाम शेरखान आदि के विरुद्ध धारा 329(4)/62 BNS, 420/467/468/471/120(b) भादवी में अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया ।
रजिस्ट्री कार्यालय , राजस्व विभाग व विभिन्न बैंकों से विवेचना से संबंधित दस्तावेज व साक्ष्य के आधार पर अभियुक्त विकास सुंदरियाल उर्फ सोनू मूंछ, विनोद कुमार उर्फ केडी, महेश चौहान व प्रमोद गिरी को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

(3)-मुकेश चौहान पुत्र स्वर्गीय गेंदा सिंह निवासी अजबपुर कला दीपनगर थाना नेहरू कॉलोनी देहरादून उम्र 56 वर्ष ।
(4)-प्रमोद गिरी पुत्र स्वर्गीय समुद्र गिरी निवासी दीप नगर थाना नेहरू कॉलोनी जनपद देहरादून उम्र 49 वर्ष।
