हल्द्वानी। हिंसा आठ फरवरी को भड़क गई थी। अवैध मदरसे को ढहाने गई नगर निगम और पुलिस की टीम पर हमला कर दिया गया था। इस हिंसा में छह लोगों की मौत हुई है और 300 से अधिक पुलिस, नगर निगम और मीडियाकर्मियों घायल हुए थे। आज 14 दिन बाद बनभूलपुरा का नजारा कुछ ऐसा है। मालिक के बगीचे में चारों ओर जहां भी नजर डालें, वहां घरों में ताले ही लटके दिखाई दे रहे हैं। कई घरों के दरवाजे और शटर टूटे हुए हैं। पत्थर लगने के निशान भी दिखाई दे रहे हैं। एक-दो घर जहां ताला नहीं है, वहां सिर्फ महिलाएं दिखाई दे रही हैं। शांति के बीच सिर्फ पोकलैंड चलने और मजदूरों की आवाज सुनाई दे रही है। वहीं, इसके बगल में कुर्क किया गया सामान खुले में रखा है। इसे काली पॉलिथिन से ढका गया है।
चारों ओर नजर दौड़ाने पर अधिकतर घरों में ताले लगे हैं। घर के बाहर लगे शीशे पत्थर से टूटे दिख रहे हैं। कुछ दुकानों के शटर टूटे हैं। कुछ घर खुले हैं। इनमें पुरुष नहीं दिखाई दे रहे हैं। तभी एक व्यक्ति मिलता है वह बताता है कि सभी लोग भाग गए हैं। घरों में महिलाएं, बुजुर्ग और बच्चे हैं। बताया कि परिधि के 100 मीटर के दायरे में मात्र 10 पुरुष रह गए होंगे। इसके अलावा सभी यहां से छोड़कर जा चुके हैं। जिस निर्माण को लेकर इतना उपद्रव हुआ अब उसे पूरी तरह जमींदोज कर दिया गया।
अवैध रूप से बने मदरसे का भवन ढहा दिया गया है। उसका मलबा नमाज स्थल के बेसमेंट में भर दिया गया है। मंगलवार को एक पोकलैंड अवैध संरचना को पूरी तरह तोड़ने में लगी थी। नगर निगम की ओर से लगाए गए मजदूर तोड़े गए मलबे से सरिया एकत्र कर रहे थे। बगीचे में पुलिस चौकी में अर्द्धसैनिक बल और पुलिस के जवान तैनात दिखे।
