देहरादून। उत्तराखंड सरकार की कैबिनेट बैठक बुधवार को सचिवालय में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुई, जिसमें सहकारिता, पशुपालन, डेयरी और पर्यटन से जुड़े कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावों पर मुहर लगी। यह बैठक राज्य के प्रशासनिक और विकासात्मक फैसलों के लिहाज से अहम रही।
बैठक के बाद सूचना महानिदेशक बंशीधर तिवारी ने मीडिया को अवगत कराया कि सहकारिता विभाग में पारदर्शिता बढ़ाने के लिए ब्लॉक से लेकर राज्य स्तर तक ऑडिट अनिवार्य किया जाएगा। इसके लिए उप निबंधक (ऑडिट) स्तर-11 का नया पद सृजित किया गया है, जो पांच वर्षों के लिए प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर भरा जाएगा।
बदरीनाथ धाम के मास्टर प्लान के तहत सौंदर्यीकरण योजनाओं को भी हरी झंडी दी गई है। इसके तहत प्रमुख स्थलों, जैसे आईएसबीटी की दीवारों पर कलात्मक चित्रांकन (आर्टवर्क) किया जाएगा, जिससे धार्मिक नगरी को सांस्कृतिक रूप से और समृद्ध बनाया जा सके।
पशुपालन विभाग से संबंधित फैसलों में अनुसूचित जातियों को मिलने वाली 90 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी वाली गाय योजना को डेयरी विभाग की ‘गंगा गाय योजना’ में विलय कर दिया गया है। अब इस योजना का लाभ सामान्य वर्ग को भी मिलेगा, हालांकि उन्हें मिलने वाली सब्सिडी की दर पर निर्णय अगली बैठक में किया जाएगा।
साथ ही, पशुधन प्रसार अधिकारियों के 429 रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए प्रशिक्षण अवधि को दो वर्षों से घटाकर एक वर्ष कर दिया गया है, जिससे नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाई जा सकेगी।
