भाजपा सरकार के तीन वर्ष पर प्रदेश में होंगे कई कार्यक्रम
सीएस ने सभी डीएम को दिए निर्देश
देहरादून। मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश जारी किये हैं कि 23 मार्च को वर्तमान सरकार के तीन वर्ष पूर्ण होने के अवसर पर प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार राज्य के जनपद मुख्यालयों में आयोजित कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत “जन सेवा थीम” पर बहुदेशीय शिविरों एवं चिकित्सा शिविरों का आयोजन किये जाएगे ।
मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने निर्देश जारी किये हैं कि प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार जनपदों में चिकित्सा शिविर एवं बहुदेशीय शिविर का आयोजन 22 मार्च से 25 मार्च 2025 तक किया जायेगा।
मुख्य कार्यकम 22 मार्च को जनपद अल्मोड़ा में तथा 23 मार्च 2025 को जनपद देहरादून में आयोजित किया जायेगा। समस्त जनपदों के जनपद मुख्यालयों में भी 23 मार्च 2025 को कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाना है. जिसमें सूचना विभाग द्वारा तैयार विकास पुस्तिका का विमोचन, बहुद्देशीय शिविर तथा चिकित्सा शिविर का आयोजन किया जायेगा।
जनपद मुख्यालयों में कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता सम्बन्धित जनपद के प्रभारी मंत्री के द्वारा की जायेगी। जिन जनपदों में कतिपय कारणों से प्रभारी मंत्री की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित नहीं हो पा रही है, वहां कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता सांसद करेंगे।
सम्बन्धित जिलाधिकारी कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता हेतु प्रभारी मंत्री/सांसदगण से निवेदन कर समन्वय स्थापित करेंगे।
बहुद्देशीय शिविर में आम जन को प्रदान की जाने वाली सेवाओं की उपलब्धता, विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली जनोपयोगी योजनाओं एवं सुविधाओं की जानकारी, निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य जांच एवं दवाओं का वितरण आदि सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
इसके साथ ही सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ लेते हुए राज्य सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही योजनाओं में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले लाभार्थियों की सक्सेस स्टोरीज का भी प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाय। जनपद स्तर पर कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ प्रातः 11:00 बजे किया जाना है।

जनपद देहरादून में आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रम को मुख्यमंत्री लगभग 12:30 बजे सम्बोधित करेंगे। जिसका सजीव प्रसारण समस्त जनपद मुख्यालयों एवं तहसील/ ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों में आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रन में भी प्रसारित किया जायेगा। जनपद स्तर पर बहुद्देशीय शिविर / चिकित्सा शिविर एवं कार्यक्रम के आयोजन की व्यवस्था सम्बन्धित जिले के जिलाधिकारी द्वारा की जायेगी, इसमें टेंट, फर्नीचर, जलपान, भोजन आदि की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जायेगी।
कार्यक्रम स्थल पर उत्तराखण्ड की लोक परम्पराओं, लोक नृत्य, लोक गायन, लोक कला जैसे कार्यक्रमों का भी आयोजन किया जाएगा। कार्यक्रम के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार के साथ ही साथ जनसामान्य हेतु सरकार द्वारा संचालित जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से सम्बन्धित पठनीय सामग्री भी उपलब्ध कराई जायेगी।
जनपद मुख्यालय पर आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रम में स्थानीय सम्मानित जन प्रतिनिधियों के साथ-साथ सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों को भी आमंत्रित किया जायेगा। 23 मार्च को आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रम के अतिरिक्त 24 मार्च से 30 मार्च, 2025 तक जन सेवा थीम पर प्रत्येक विधानसभा / ब्लॉक स्तर पर भी बहुदेशीय शिविर एवं चिकित्सा शिविरों का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
विधानसभा क्षेत्र/ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों में आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों की तिथि निश्चित कर बहुद्देशीय शिविरों के आयोजन का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जायेगा,ताकि अधिकतन जन सहभागिता सुनिश्चित हो सके तथा आमजन को अधिकतम लाभ प्राप्त हो सके। विधानसना/ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों पर आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों में सांसदगण / विधायकगण एवं सम्मानित जन प्रतिनिधियों को भी आमंत्रित किया जायेगा।
कार्यक्रमों को सफल बनाने हेतु जो भी कार्य आवश्यक होंगे, जिलाधिकारी अपने स्तर से निर्णय लेंगे।
