नये विद्यार्थियों का स्वागत, बंटी पाठ्यपुस्तकें
देहरादून। स्कूल चलो अभियान के तहत ‘प्रवेशोत्सव’ के माध्यम से सभी सरकारी विद्यालयों में नये बच्चों का दाखिला दिया जायेगा। इसके साथ ही स्कूलों में शत-प्रतिशत छात्र नामांकन एवं मौजूद बच्चों को ठहरने पर भी जोर दिया जायेगा। इसके लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों सहित शिक्षक विद्यालयों में बच्चों को प्रवेश दिलायेंगे इसके साथ ही वह स्थानीय लोगों एवं अभिभावकों को सरकारी स्कूलों में बच्चों के एडमिशन को लेकर प्रोत्साहित करेंगे।
यह बात सूबे के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज रानीपोखरी में आयोजित प्रवेशोत्सव के शुभारम्भ अवसर पर कही। डा. रावत ने कहा कि सरकारी विद्यालयों में छात्र नामांकन बढ़ाने के प्रयास किये जायेंगे। इसके लिये स्कूल चलो अभियान के तहत प्रत्येक राजकीय विद्यालयों में प्रवेशोत्सव अनिवार्य रूप मनाया जायेगा। जिसके तहत विद्यालय में नये बच्चों को दखिला दिया जायेगा। डॉ. रावत ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार की मंशा सरकारी विद्यालयों में बेहतरीन शैक्षणिक वातावरण उपलब्ध कराना है इसके लिये प्रदेश में नई शिक्षा नीति-2020 लागू कर सरकारी स्कूलों को सुविधा सम्पन्न बनाया जा रहा है।
सभी राजकीय विद्यालयों में बिजली, पानी, शौचालय, फर्नीचर एवं निः शुल्क पाठ्य पुस्तकें उपलब्धता कराई जा रही है। इसके अलावा सरकार एनईपी-2020 के प्रावधानों के अनुरूप स्कूलों के डिजिटलाइजेशन पर भी फोकस कर रही है। इसके लिये सभी विद्यालयों में स्मार्ट क्लास, वर्चुअल क्लास, अटल टिंकरिंग लैब, आधुनिक प्रयोगशालाएं आदि की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करा रही है, जिससे बच्चे ऑनलाइन माध्यम से भी अपनी पढ़ाई व प्रयोगात्मक कार्य कर सकेंगे। इसके अलावा विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की कमी को दूर कर स्थाई शिक्षकों की भी नियुक्ति की जा रही है, ताकि बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा मिल सके।
डा. रावत ने बताया कि प्रवेशोत्सव को सफल बनाने के लिये सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों एवं शिक्षकों को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। इस अवसर पर डॉ. रावत ने विद्यालय में 23 नव प्रवेशित बच्चों का फूलमालाओं से स्वागत कर उन्हें प्रवेश दिलाया, साथ ही उन्हें नई पाठ्यपुस्तकें भी वितरित की। जिसमें कक्षा-6 में 16 छात्र-छात्राएं, कक्षा-9 में 5 तथा कक्षा-12 में 02 छात्र-छात्राएं शामिल हैं। इसके उपरांत डॉ. रावत ने पौड़ी जनपद में राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज सबदरखाल में आयोजित प्रवेशोत्सव में प्रतिभाग कर नवप्रवेशित बच्चों को प्रोत्साहित किया।
प्रवेशोत्सव के अवसर पर जिला पंचायत सदस्य रानीपोखरी सतीश सेमवाल, ग्राम प्रधान रानीपोखरी सुधीर रतूड़ी, ग्राम प्रधान रैनापुर अभिषेक कृषाली, ग्राम प्रधान मौजा राजपाल कृषाली, पीटीए अध्यक्ष चन्द्र सिंह रावत, खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी डोईवाला धनवीर सिंह बिष्ट, प्रधानाचार्य के. एस. गुसांई, प्राचार्य डायट देहरादून व राजकीय शिक्षक संघ के अध्यक्ष राम सिंह चौहान सहित अन्य क्षेत्रीय जनप्रतिनधि, विभागीय अधिकारी, शिक्षकगण व नवप्रवेशित बच्चे व उनके अभिभावक उपस्थित रहे।
