साइबर क्राइम की शिकायत के लिए 1930 पर तुरंत कॉल करें
भ्रामक सूचनाओं से बचने के लिए थिंक बिफ़ोर यू शेयर के साथ साथ थिंक बिफ़ोर यू केयर जरूरी
देहरादून। पब्लिक रिलेशंस सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया (PRSI), देहरादून चैप्टर द्वारा “साइबर क्राइम और मिस इन्फोर्मेशन : चुनौतियां और समाधान” विषय पर एक राउंड टेबल कॉन्फ्रेंस का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ दीपप्रज्वलन कर किया गया। सम्मेलन का उद्देश्य साइबर अपराध और गलत सूचना के बढ़ते खतरे पर जागरूकता बढ़ाना और इन चुनौतियों का समाधान ढूंढना था।
मुख्य अतिथि संयुक्त निदेशक सूचना विभाग, डॉ. नितिन उपाध्याय ने कहा कि सोशल मीडिया में मिलने वाली किसी भी सूचना को मानने या फॉरवर्ड करने से पहले उस पर कुछ पल के लिए विचार कर लेना चाहिए। हमारी जिम्मेवारी है कि जल्दी सूचना देने में गलत या भ्रामक सूचना न चली जाए। थिंक बिफ़ोर यू शेयर के साथ साथ थिंक बिफ़ोर यू केयर भी महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने फेक न्यूज़ या मिस इनफार्मेशन के लिए AAA प्लान की बात कही। इसमें अवेयरनेस यानी जागरूकता, एडवोकेसी यानी सही नीतियों नियम क़ानून के लिए बात उठाना और एक्शन यानी सही जानकारी देकर मिस इंफ़ॉर्मेशन को ख़त्म करना शामिल है।
अंकुश मिश्रा, उप पुलिस अधीक्षक, साइबर क्राइम स्टेशन ने कहा कि 1930 भारत में राष्ट्रीय साइबर अपराध हेल्पलाइन का टोल-फ्री नंबर है, जिसके माध्यम से नागरिक ऑनलाइन साइबर अपराध और वित्तीय धोखाधड़ी की शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं। यह सेवा 24×7 उपलब्ध है और साइबर सुरक्षा को मजबूत बनाने में मदद करती है। उन्होंने कहा कि साइबर क्राइम से बचाव केवल जागरूकता के माध्यम से ही हो सकता है। आम लोगों को जागरूक करने में मीडिया महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकती हैं।
मिश्रा ने साइबर अपराध के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि डीप फेक में कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता का उपयोग कर नकली वीडियो और ऑडियो तैयार किए जाते हैं। पेंशन धारकों को फर्जी कॉल्स और मैसेज भेजकर ठगी के मामले होते हैं। मिश्रा ने सिम अपग्रेडेशन फ्रॉड, निवेश धोखाधड़ी, बायोमेट्रिक डेटा चोरी कर ठगी, अवैध गतिविधियों का डिजिटल नेटवर्क डॉकनेट, कूरियर फ्रॉड, फिशिंग और विशिंग, स्किमिंग और आरएफआईडी स्किमिंग, नकली क्यूआर कोड के माध्यम से पैसा चुराना, केवाईसी धोखाधड़ी,नकली मोबाइल ऐप के जरिए ठगी, एआई आधारित वॉयस क्लोनिंग की विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए इनसे बचाव के उपाय बताए।
मिश्रा ने कहा कि साइबर अपराधियों को ट्रेस करने और कार्यवाही करने में उत्तराखंड पुलिस की परफोर्मेंस काफी बेहतर रही है। उन्होंने ऐसे बहुत से मामलों की भी जानकारी दी कि किस प्रकार लोग शिकार हुए और उत्तराखंड पुलिस ने कार्यवाही की। उन्होंने सभी से आग्रह किया कि हमें अपने बायोमैट्रिक जानकारी को लॉक करके रखना चाहिए। आधार की वेबसाइट पर जाकर आसानी से ये किया जा सकता है। किसी भी अनजान लिंक को भूलकर भी ना खोलें। हेल्पलाइन नंबर गूगल से न लेकर संबंधित की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से प्राप्त करें। अंजान नंबर से आए व्हाट्सप्प वीडियो कॉल को न उठाएं। अंजान नंबर से कोई धमकी दी जाती है या किसी भी तरह की बात की जाती है तो घबराएं नहीं, एकदम से रिएक्ट न करें और दी गई जानकारी को वेरिफाई करा लें। जागरूक बने, भय और लालच से बचें।
ईशान भूषण, सहायक प्रबंधक, कॉर्पोरेट कम्युनिकेशन, टीएचडीसी ने कहा कि स्मार्टफोन की उपलब्धता आज सभी को है। हम जो भी बोलते हैं, सर्च करते हैं, उस पर नजर रहती है। व्यक्ति विशेष के अनुसार भ्रामक सूचनाएं सृजित कर भेजी जाती हैं। ऐसे में निरंतर सजगता बहुत जरूरी है। उन्होंने बिग डाटा और सूचनाओं के सोर्स की जानकारी के लिए विभिन्न टूल्स के बारे में बताया।
