शादी का दबाव बनाने पर की हत्या
दिल्ली। गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह वाले दिन एक सूटकेस में जली हुई हालत में मिली युवती शिल्पा पांडेय (22) की हत्या में उसके ममेरे भाई अमित तिवारी (22) व उसके एक जानकार अनुज कुमार (20) को गिरफ्तार किया है। गुजरात निवासी शिल्पा यूपी के प्रयागराज निवासी अमित तिवारी की फुफेरी बहन थी और दोनों कई महीनों से सहमति संबंधों में रह रहे थे। शिल्पा उस पर शादी का दबाव बना रही थी, जबकि अमित शादी के लिए मना करता था। इस बात पर हुए झगड़े में अमित ने उसकी गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी।
पूर्वी जिला पुलिस उपायुक्त अभिषेक धानिया ने बताया कि शनिवार और रविवार की दरम्यानी रात आंबेडकर चौक और केरला पब्लिक स्कूल के बीच शिवाजी रोड के पास सड़क किनारे महिला का जला हुआ शव एक सूटकेस में बंद मिला। पुलिस उपायुक्त के मुताबिक, सड़क किनारे एक जला हुआ शव पड़े होने के संबंध में पुलिस को कॉल आयी जिसके बाद अपराध विज्ञान विशेषज्ञों की एक टीम एवं अपराध जांच दल घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे। शव पूरी तरह जल चुका था।
देखने से लगा रहा था कि शव 20 से 35 साल की महिला का है। शव मिलने के बाद उसे एलबीएस अस्पताल के पोस्टमार्टम हाउस में ले जाया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि सीसीटीवी फुटेज से अपराध से संबंधित एक टैक्सी नजर आयी। सीसीटीवी फुटेज और मोबाइल डेटा के जरिए अपराध में इस्तेमाल हुई हुडंई वर्ना कार की पहचान हुई। गाड़ी के रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर के आधार पर पुलिस रोहिणी स्थित उसके घर तक पहुंची। वहां पता लगा कि उसने गाड़ी अमित तिवारी को बेच दी थी। इसके बाद अमित तिवारी व अनुज कुमार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
पुलिस का कहना है कि अमित की अनुज के साथ छह-सात सालों से दोस्ती है और दोनों ने पूछताछ के दौरान अपना अपराध कबूल कर लिया। पुलिस ने अपराध में इस्तेमाल गाड़ी को बरामद लिया। ये गाजियाबाद में खोड़ा कॉलोनी में रहते हैं। पुलिस उपायुक्त ने बताया कि शिल्पा पांडे अमित पर दबाव डाल रही थी कि वह अपने परिवार को छोड़कर हमेशा के लिए उसके साथ रहे। उसके साथ शादी करे। पुलिस का कहना है कि शिल्पा ने अमित को धमकी भी दी थी कि अगर उसने ऐसा नहीं किया तो वह उसे और उसके परिवार को झूठे मामले में फंसा देगी। इस बात पर दोनों के बीच वारदात की रात झगड़ा हो गया। इस झगड़े में अमित ने शिल्पा का गला घोंट कर हत्या कर दी।
शिल्पा की हत्या करने के बाद प्रयागराज, यूपी निवासी अमित ने शव को ठिकाने लगाने के लिए दोस्त अनुज को बुलाया। ये रेक्सीन का ब्रीफकेस, दो लीटर डीजल व पराली खरीद कर लाए। ये शव को यूपी में ठिकाने लगाना चाहते थे, मगर सीमाओं पर सुरक्षा ज्यादा होने के बाद ये शव को गाजीपुर इलाके में ले गए। यहां पर ब्रीफकेस पर डीजल डालकर शिल्पा के शव को जला दिया। आरोपियों ने सबूत नष्ट करने के लिए ऐसा किया था। पूर्वी जिला पुलिस अधिकारियों के अनुसार, अमित व शिल्पा एक-दूसरे से एक वर्ष से बात कर रहे थे। अक्तूबर व नवंबर में शिल्पा अमित के साथ रहने के लिए गाजियाबाद आ गई थी। शिल्पा का परिवार गुजरात में रहता है।
