देहरादून। स्पीकर ने राज्य सरकार से बजट सत्र देहरादून में आहूत करने का आग्रह किया है। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने बताया कि आगामी बजट सत्र को लेकर देहरादून स्थित विधानसभा सचिवालय पूर्णतः ई-विधानसभा हो गया है । गैरसैंण विधानसभा भवन में अभी कार्य प्रगति पर है इन परिस्थितियों के मध्य नजर बजट सत्र को विधानसभा भवन देहरादून में कराने का आग्रह सरकार से कर रहे हैं शुक्रवार को मीडिया से बातचीत में विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने जानकारी दी कि देहरादून विधानसभा सदन में ई-नेवा प्रणाली का कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है, जिससे यह डिजिटल प्रक्रिया के लिए पूरी तरह सक्षम हो गया है। वहीं, गैरसैंण विधानसभा में ई-नेवा प्रणाली का कार्य प्रगति पर है।
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्रीमती ऋतु खण्डूडी भूषण ने मुख्यमंत्री धामी से अनुरोध किया कि आगामी बजट सत्र देहरादून विधानसभा में आयोजित किया जाए ताकि सत्र की कार्यवाही ई-नेवा के माध्यम से सुचारु रूप से संचालित हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि पेपरलेस सत्र न केवल पर्यावरण संरक्षण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है, बल्कि इससे विधानसभा की कार्यवाही अधिक प्रभावी और पारदर्शी होगी। ई-नेवा के माध्यम से विधायकों को डिजिटल रूप से सभी दस्तावेज और सत्र से संबंधित जानकारी सुलभ होगी, जिससे विधानसभा कार्यवाही अधिक दक्षता से संपन्न हो सकेगी।
उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया कि उत्तराखंड विधानसभा डिजिटल परिवर्तन की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी और राज्य को तकनीकी रूप से सशक्त बनाने के लिए सतत प्रयासरत रहेगी। गौरतलब है कि सीएम धामी ने पूर्व में कहा था कि सशक्त भू कानून गैरसैंण विधानसभा में पारित करेंगे। इस विधानसभा सत्र में सरकार सशक्त भू कानून को लेकर ठोस कदम उठाएगी।
