राष्ट्रीय खेलों का G-20 की बैठकों की तरह सफल आयोजन कर नई लकीर खींचने का काम करेंगे – रेखा आर्या
देहरादून। खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या और मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर युवा महोत्सव की विधिवत पूजन कर शुभारंभ किया।युवा महोत्सव को संबोधित करते हुए खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने प्रदेशवासियों को स्थापनादिवास की शुभकामनाएँ दीं। मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कहा आज का दिन ऐतिहासिक है आज के ही दिन हर उत्तराखंडी को उत्तराखंडी कहलाने का गौरव प्राप्त हुआ और आज के ऐतिहासिक दिन युवाओं के हितेशी प्रदेश के युवा मुख्यमंत्री के कर कमलों युवा महोत्सव का शानदार आग़ाज़ हुआ है।
मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कहा बड़ी प्रसन्ता की बात है मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने अपने उद्बोधन में महिलाओं और युवाओं को मज़बूत और सशक़्त बनाए जाने के लिए युवा और महिला नीति की बात को रखा और हमको उम्मीद है जल्द ही हम प्रदेश के सतत् विकास के लिए महिला नीति और युवा नीति को देश की युवा एवं मातृशक्ति को समर्पित करेंगे। मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कहा अब देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड खेल भूमि बनने की ओर अग्रसर है जिसके लिए युवा मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने प्रदेश के खिलाड़ियों को चार फ़ीसदी आरक्षण, मेडल लाने वाले खिलाड़ियों को आउट ऑफ़ तक हम जाकर सरकारी नौकरी देना और उभरते हुए खिलाड़ियों को मुख्यमंत्री उदीयमान व प्रोत्साहन योजना जैसी व्यवस्थाओं से जोड़कर खिलाड़ियों का रास्ता प्रशस्त करा है ।
खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कहा महिलाओं को 30 फ़ीसदी आरक्षण ,राज्य आंदोलनकारियों को 10% आरक्षण देना हो, समान नागरिक संहिता और सशक्त नक़ल क़ानून बनाकर प्रदेश के युवाओं का भविष्य पारदर्शिता के साथ सुनिश्चित करने जैसे तमाम ऐसे फ़ैसले हैं जो मुख्यमंत्री धामी के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश सरकार ने लिए हैं। खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कहा बड़े गौरव की बात है तो उत्तराखंड जैसा हमारा छोटा प्रदेश राष्ट्रीय खेल का बड़ा आयोजन करने जा रहा है और हम आश्वस्त करते हैं जिस प्रकार G 20 की बैठकों का सफल आयोजन प्रदेश में किया गया था उसी प्रकार राष्ट्रीय खेलों का आयोजन भी भव्य और दिव्य होगा जिसके साथ उत्तराखंड खेल दुनिया में एक लकीर खींचने का काम करेगा।
मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने युवाओं से अपील करते हुए अपनी युवा महोत्सव और राष्ट्रीय खेलों में भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा आगे मंत्री ने प्रदेश के खिलाड़ियों को भरोसा दिलाते हुए कहा सरकार आपके साथ है खिलाड़ी प्रदर्शन करें संसाधन सरकार विकसित करेगी। वहीं युवा महोत्सव को संबोधित करते हुए प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा खेल के लिए अथक प्रयास कर प्रदेश के खिलाड़ियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या बधाई के पात्र हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने युवा महोत्सव की सराहना करते हुए कहा इस प्रकार के आयोजन से ब्लॉक स्तर के खिलाड़ियों को सुनहरा अवसर मिलता है । इन खेलों के द्वार दूरस्थ गाँव की प्रतिभावान खिलाड़ियों को भी अपना कौशल दिखाने का अवसर मिल रहा है और ब्लॉक स्तर के खिलाड़ी को राज्य और देश का प्रतिनिधित्व करने का अवसर मिलता है। इसके अतिरिक्त मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने अपनी घोषणा को दोहराते हुए कहा राष्ट्रीय खेल में मेडल जीतने वाले खिलाड़ियों को मिलने वाली इनाम राशि के समान की धनराशि प्रदेश सरकार के द्वारा भी अतिरिक्त दिया जाएगा ।
अपने संबोधन के उपरांत मुख्यमंत्री धामी और खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने 87 करोड़ की स्पोर्टिंग इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर योजनाओं का लोकार्पण भी किया , इन योजनाओं में खिलाड़ियों के लिए हॉस्टल समेत स्टेडियम के नवीनीकरण जैसे तमाम कार्य किए गए हैं जिससे प्रदेश के खिलाड़ी को एक अच्छा स्पोर्टिंग माहौल मिल पाएगा। इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने नेशनल गेम्स वॉलंटियर्स पोर्टल का भी शुभारंभ किया।
इस अवसर पर राजपुर के विधायक ख़ज़ान दास,विशेष प्रमुख सचिव खेल अमित सिन्हा, निदेशक युवा कल्याण एवं खेल प्रशांत आर्या समेत विभाग के आला अधिकारी और युवा खिलाड़ी उपस्थित रहे ।
